Working For The Weekend
Sometimes it seems like we’re just working for the weekend. Then the weekend gets here and we do the same things we do all week.
Work
Sometimes I feel like if it weren’t for the free coffee and internet, I’d never go to work.
Lets face it, the coffee and internet are the best things about work. Oh, and that paycheck isn’t bad either.
The computer was invented to make us productive. Then they invented the internet.
Now we watch cat videos on YouTube and share them on Facebook. Talk about a productivity killer.
This is why every group project sucks.
It doesn’t matter if you’re in school or at work, if there is a group project someone ends up doing all the work while the others don’t do much of anything.
No clue what my job is here, I just drink lots of coffee.
I’m here for the free coffee and a paycheck. The rest of the job I’m not so sure about.
School on Monday vs School on Friday
There is nothing quite like going home from school knowing that you don’t have to go back the next day. Same goes for work. Is it quitting time yet?!
There is always someone who drinks at work. Might as well be me.
Mornings suck, solitaire is difficult, and working is hard. Putting booze in my coffee helps me get through the day though.
No coffee. No workee.
It’s a simple concept, feed me coffee and you’ll get some work out of me. Otherwise, I’m crabby till noon and you’ll just have to deal with it. Then I’ll probably be crabby this afternoon too.
I need coffee to be hyper-aware of how little work I’m doing today.
Nothing says productive like a nice cup of hot coffee. Goes great with procrastination too. And avoidance. via trashecard
Good things come to those who work their ass off and never give up.
Waiting isn’t going to do you any good. Go out there, work hard and get what you deserve. No one is going to give it to you.
