Since it’s the thought that counts I’ll just keep on thinking about exercising.
I see no reason to go to the gym and work out when I could just stay home and be happy. Or maybe I’ll go to the movies. Or for some ice cream.

Running. How It Should Be vs How It Really Is.
The idea of running seems good for a moment, but lets face reality, most of us are not runners.
Never trust someone who runs for “fun.”
I mean really? Video games are fun. Movies are fun. Going to the bar is fun. Running is hard work and it makes you feel like you are going to die.
I walk 5 miles every day.
I named my dog 5 miles so I could tell people I walk 5 miles every day. Exercising thing is hard, that’s why I got smart and got a dog. 🙂
You Are What You Eat. So Don’t Be Cheap, Easy or Fake.
Basically this is a good diet plan. Most things that aren’t good for you are cheap, easy or fake. Personally, I’d like to be hot, spicy and satisfying. 🙂

Urg. You want me to go outside? There’s so many people out there. And bugs. And things are so far away. And I gotta put pants on. Everything I need Google can find or Amazon can send me.
